Punching Day

It's been a long time since I participate in any sports activities due to my preparation for the senior high final in my country. And for the first few days in the summer vacation, I spent most of my time sitting in front of my laptop, building simple coding projects that I procrastinated earlier, and learning the basics of computer network both in books and the internet. Though I gained a lot of satisfaction during the process, I sometimes still suffer from late-night work exhaustion and lack of exercises.

So today, I decide to make a change.

Despite my tiredness from yesterday's staying up late coding. I still pushed myself toward the MMA class that I used to attend. But as expected, after nearly 6 months away from training, all I can do is to reinforce some of the basic movements and watch others showcase their skills in exciting actual combats. However, this doesn't stop me from trying my best to do my tasks right, I can see my physical stamina way worse than before, but I tried my best, and I keep improving. And the best part always comes after training, the process is harsh, pain, difficult to endure, but after you tackle ever single challenge of the day, you'll recieve a wonderful feeling that your mind feels sharper and clearer, your body more relaxed yet resiliant, your breath is more steady and conherent, at least these are what I've experienced.

Good luck for all of us !
